Oliver Wendell Holmes said “We do not quit playing because we grow old; we grow old because we quit playing” Some say the age of 50 is a time to think about retiring and leaving all the action behind.
That couldn’t be further from the truth. Now is not the time to step away from the stage of life. You still have much more to contribute to your community, family, the nation, and yourself. The latter glory is about preparing for the next stage of our life.
What shall the next season of our lives bring? It can bring what we are ready to envision, embrace, and bring to fruition.
